No. Every homeowner who responds to your campaign is yours and nobody else's. We take one HVAC company per market, and once yours is claimed it's closed to your competitors for as long as you're with us.
Who runs the ads and who pays for them?
We build and run everything. Ad spend is separate and goes straight from your card to Facebook. We never touch it, hold it, or mark it up. We'll agree the budget on the call; the guarantee is built on it.
What if the homeowner doesn't show?
Then it doesn't count. Our number is showed estimates: booked, confirmed the morning of, door answered. No-shows are our problem to fix, not yours to pay for.
How fast are we live?
Onboarding call within a day of signing, and your ads are live within 10 days. That's a commitment, not an estimate. First booked estimates typically land inside two weeks of launch. The 90-day guarantee clock starts when your ads go live, not when you sign.
What happens when I book a call?

If it's a fit, we'll talk about working together. If it's not, you leave with your market's numbers anyway.
